3. Technical & System Uptime Risks

ROGX utilizes custom real-time digital tickers, local pricing APIs, and third-party feeds (such as CoinGecko). We cannot guarantee uninterrupted system availability or error-free rate displays.

In the event of database outages, API pricing delays, internet server failures, or network bottlenecks affecting blockchain confirmation times, pricing displays may become stale. ROGX reserves the right to reject or manually recalculate any orders placed during manifest system failures.

4. Anti-Fraud & Third-Party Funding Bans

ROGX enforces strict verification checks to prevent fraudulent bank inflows (especially Naira deposits). First-time users must verify their identity on `verify.php`.

Deposits originating from third-party bank accounts (accounts whose owner names do not match the verified onboarding records) will be **blocked instantly**. Any funds locked during an AML review will not be released until ownership is verified, exposing the user to market fluctuations during the holding period.
