1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website and services offered by ROGX LIMITED ("ROGX", "we", "us", or "our"), you signify your absolute and binding agreement to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these regulations, you are immediately prohibited from using our OTC Desk and transaction interfaces.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these terms at any time without prior individual notice. All changes are effective immediately upon being published to this portal. Your continued use of the platform after updates have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised regulations.
2. Description of Services
ROGX operates as a specialized digital asset over-the-counter (OTC) liquidity gateway and exchange interface. We offer instant NGN (Nigerian Naira) and USD conversion pricing for supported cryptocurrencies, including Tether (USDT), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Solana (SOL), and Binance Coin (BNB).
Our services are solely informational and transactional. We do not provide crypto custodial wallets, leverage facilities, derivatives, or automated asset management pools. All digital transfers are settled directly to user-provided external wallet addresses or designated domestic bank accounts.
3. Verification & Compliance (KYC)
To satisfy international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards and curb fraudulent NGN inflows, all first-time traders are strictly required to complete our onboarding safety check on verify.php before they can credit Naira accounts.
Traders must submit their legal first and last name, a valid national identity number (NIN) or Voter's Card scan, and complete an active real-time webcam face snapshot or a 3-second live video validation loop. Alternatively, a personally known referral credential from a verified returning trader can be processed. ROGX reserves the absolute right to freeze or deny transaction execution for accounts with name mismatches or invalid verification assets.
4. Trading & NGN Settlements
All trades initiated via the landing page calculator are structured as OTC requests. When an order is created, the system locks the current conversion rate for a maximum duration of **15 minutes**.
To complete the trade, you must coordinate payment through our Live OTC WhatsApp Desk. For NGN bank deposits, the bank sender account name **MUST** exactly match the verified name registered during onboarding. Third-party deposits are strictly banned and will result in immediate trade cancellation and settlement delays for AML investigation.
5. Fees and Exchange Rates
ROGX utilizes custom, real-time cryptocurrency indices built directly from live pricing data. Exchange rates consist of a base USDT/NGN exchange rate and an administrative margin configured by our desk operators.
Calculator Notice: The exchange rate displayed on the homepage calculator is primarily intended for bulk and institutional trades. Please note that network gas fees and cross-chain swap fees are not included in the calculator's estimations. Final rates and net payouts for retail or smaller transactions may vary slightly depending on prevailing blockchain network congestion and applicable transfer fees at the time of trade execution.
6. Limitation of Liability
Digital asset trading carries significant financial risk. ROGX LIMITED and its subsidiaries shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of capital, profit drops, wallet transfer delays, blockages caused by destination blockchain networks, or regulatory actions in Nigeria.
All technical tools (such as live pricing tickers, TradingView charts, and AI Analyst Pidgin Consensuses) are provided strictly for informational purposes. They do not constitute financial advice, and you execute all trades entirely at your own risk.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service, compliance guidelines, and transaction operations are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these regulations shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
8. Referral & Partner Desk
Under the ROGX Partner and Referral program, users ("Partners") can earn recurring rewards by introducing new traders to our OTC desk. The rewards are computed based on the Partner Split rate and the verified volume transacted by their referred network.
Not a Guaranteed Return: Any calculations, values, or metrics displayed on the Referral Calculator Widget are estimations based on stable historical volume inputs and base margins. Actual earnings are not limited to the amounts shown in the widget. Final payouts depend directly on the actual realized trading volume of your network, current USDT rates, and compliance check approvals.
Abuse & Manipulation: ROGX maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against self-referral, referral loop manipulations, and dummy trading accounts created solely to farm splits. If an account is flagged for trading abuse or fraudulent Naira deposits, all accrued partner rewards will be immediately voided, and the partner account will be suspended pending an AML compliance audit.
Payment Settlement: Verified referral commissions are computed on a daily cycle and paid out directly in USDT or equivalent Naira bank transfers, subject to compliance desk clearing checks. By preference, the partner/referrer can request an instant payout immediately after a referred trade completes, or alternatively allow earnings to accumulate to be paid out as a lump-sum compensation by the year-end.
